With 12 one-hour sessions spaced between the prenatal and postpartum periods, this package offers personalized support and guidance tailored to each mother's unique needs and preferences. Sessions can be conducted either in-person or virtually, depending on the mother's choice, providing flexibility and accessibility.

    Prenatal Support:

    During the prenatal period, Taylor offers a series of sessions focused on maternal mental health and well-being. These sessions are designed to address common concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood changes, and stress management during pregnancy. Through compassionate guidance, evidence-based techniques, and practical strategies, Taylor empowers mothers to cultivate emotional resilience, self-care practices, and positive coping skills as they prepare for childbirth and motherhood.

    Postpartum Support:

    Following childbirth, Taylor continues to provide ongoing support and guidance during the postpartum period. With sessions spaced strategically throughout the postpartum journey, Taylor offers compassionate care and personalized interventions to address the unique challenges and adjustments that come with early motherhood. Topics may include postpartum mood disorders, bonding and attachment, self-care strategies, navigating new roles and responsibilities, and building a support network.
