Welcome, my name is Lauren! As a mom of two beautiful girls, I have experienced both the beauty and challenges that can come with pregnancy and child birth. My goal as a doula is that you look back on your birth journey and smile the way I do!

As a doula, I work with mothers to create an ideal birth plan, and assist them as they take their first step in their journey to motherhood. My passion is to support women as they learn to trust themselves and know their natural strength of the female body.
