My love for pregnancy and birth blossomed through my own unique experiences including 7 pregnancies, 4 hospital births, and 2 home births. These experiences have given me a diverse perspective on the many facets of birth, and they've empowered me to offer guidance and support that goes beyond the ordinary.

As your doula, I will provide unwavering emotional support, evidence-based information, and practical guidance, helping you and your partner make informed choices and navigate the birthing process with confidence and self-assurance.  It is my belief that every mother deserves to have a birth experience that aligns with her own unique values and desires. You are the person best equipped to make the choices that are right for you.  My job is to help you explore all of the options that are available to you as you prepare to give birth.  I fully support the decisions you make about what is best for your pregnancy, your birth, your body. When you choose me as your doula, I will walk beside you every step of the way. It will be my honor to come alongside you.

Aside from being a doula, I love spending time with my family. Together we enjoy traveling, martial arts, camping, boating and all things outdoors!
